You can log into your website by adding /login to the end of your domain name. (Example: YourWebsite.com/login)

You can add a new user to your website by logging in to your website (Example: YourWebsite.com/login), then navigating to Users>Add New then enter the new user details and click "Add New User."

There are two ways to change the password on your website: 1.) Navigate to your login page (Example: YourWebsite.com/login) and click "Lost your password?" then follow the instructions. 2.) Log into your website and navigate to Users>Profile, then scroll down to Account Management, and click "Set New Password."

Billing Account

Access and manage payments, membership level, and billing.

You can access your billing and payments by logging into WebFresh.io -- Simply navigate to the homepage and click "Log In" at the top of the page, you'll be forwarded directly to your billing account.

Login to your billing account at WebFresh.io (Simply navigate to the homepage and click "login") -- once you log in you'll be forwarded to your account. Click on "Subscriptions" then click "Update."

If you need to get an invoice or receipt for your records, you can access that by logging into your billing account. Your invoices are available under My Account>Payments>PDF.  All of your payments have an invoice available to download, and you will still have access to your billing account, even if you don't have an active subscription.

You can close your account by logging into WebFresh.io and canceling your subscription. Keep in mind that your website will be taken offline at the end of the billing cycle, and cannot be recovered.
